Hand formed ‘Heaved’ Forest Floor bowl. Made with a high iron content clay and layered with porcelain slip before texturing and stretching the form. This bowl has been gas fired giving its unglazed exterior surface a warm dryness.The interior glaze is a rich, dark tenmoku. Wonderful feel in the hand from the texture and protrusions.
Stoneware, suitable for use with liquids, food safe.
