Hand formed ‘Heaved Ground’ bowl fired in a charcoal saggar within the wood kiln. The iron glaze interior has crystallised in the oxygen starved atmosphere of the saggar, which also turns the clay dark grey.
Stoneware, suitable for use with liquids, food safe. Some rust spots may develop with moisture, these can be wiped away or appreciated as part of the natural cycle of change in all things.
