A small hand sized Forest Bowl, made from grogged dark iron clay, with porcelain slip overlay. The texture comes from cutting through the white slip and stretching the clay from the inside. It has a dark, almost black tenmoku glazed interior and has been wood fired which gives treacly highlights to the texture.
